Dear host families and au pairs 

Welcome to the website of Au Pair Africa and Au Pair Europe.

For many years, my agency has regularly placed au pairs from Africa, mainly from my home country Namibia, with host families in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and many other European countries. 

In the meantime, due to the high demand, many other au pair home countries have been added. 

In addition, many host families have decided to use my agency regularly and to recommend it to other families. I am very proud of this and very grateful. 

Namibia is my country, my home, Africa is my continent - I was born and grew up there. That is why I know the people who live in southern Africa and appreciate their optimism and warmth of heart. I have been living near Cologne with my German husband and our two children since 2003.

Living in Germany has given me the desire to bring my home country a little closer to host families in Germany and the rest of Europe.

I regularly visit Namibia and meet many of my au pairs there in person. In Germany, I try to visit the host families whenever possible to learn about their living conditions and ideas.

Due to Corona, I have recently communicated more with the host families and au pairs via video calls. Nevertheless, personal contact is very important to me, because I want to look after my families and au pairs during the whole contract period and be available for questions and problems.
